Characters can be described in different ways:

for describing essay, act. i'm not really good especially describing people.
i dont really like that guy actually..
well fatiha...when u describe a character u can first describe the physical traits.... example gorgeous guy, with slanting eyes and pointed nose.
later u need to explin on the chracteristics of the person..such as caring, supportive, responsible etc. whatever it is need to use lots of adjectives.

well Elnna if the question asks u to describe Kino... u don't have to decribe the physical traits ...it will be more on the chracteristics. my tips would be u memorize some of the chracteristics around 4 to five. For example:
1)Obsessive - When the scorpion stings his son, he can only think of destroying it , seeing it as an enemy threatening the safety of his son.
2)Suspicious and paranoid
afraid of being found by the trackers.
e.g. He avoids leaving trace or footsteps.
… walked carefully in a wheel-rut,…
… he moved in zigzags…
